That was my favorite sandwich. I use it for about 5 months. Unlike many other people in the store-bought pre-sliced bread is perfect. My favorite Orowheat extra dill or sour rye bread slices with two slices of ham and two slices of Cheddar cheese pre-overlapped. I lightly buttered bread from his hand and put it at about 3 and 3 / 4 minutes, then I let it sit for a bit 'and then remove the cheese, because there is no longer to be softened.
